Variation of Condition 1 (Appoved plans) to planning application 23/AP/1159 dated 22/06/2023 for Variation of Condition 1 'Approved Plans' of planning permission ref. no. 22/AP/1464: Variation of Condition 1 (approved plans) pursuant to planning permission 20/AP/2261 for 'Demolition of rear extension and construction of new first and second floor rear extension to existing flats, the change of use of the ground floor commercial units to create 1 no. residential unit and the construction of a new mansard roof to create 1 no. residential unit' to replace the first floor and second floor parapet windows for Juliet balconies at the rear of the property, and widening of ground floor rear glazing. Variation sought: to omit the creation of the new unit, and the extension of the existing property through the mansard extension. Current changes proposed are: Amend rear windows and terraces to add balconies for private amenity space at first, second, and third floors. Installation of solar panels to roof
