Permission SM/03 was subsequently amended on 10th April 1997 - modification of Conditions in respect of the Scheme of Conditions - Condition 7 being included, relating to the Rue Hill SSSI: Condition 7 - Prior to winning and working of limestone from, or tipping of quarry waste on, any part of Rue HIll SSSI, a scheme of mitigation shall be submitted for written approval of the Mineral Planning Authority, in consultation with English Nature.
