Application for a non-material amendment following grant of planning permission DC/074979, to amend condition 10 of DC/074979 - the development hereby approved shall not be occupied or brought into use until the means of access for vehicular and pedestrian traffic has been constructed in accordance with the approved drawing ref. (Street Design Partnership 7265 MMA-01 Rev F) including the retention of existing prohibitive right turn traffic signage and road markings. Within six months of first occupation, a prohibitive right turn traffic regulation order for vehicular traffic emerging onto Stockport Road from the site shall be implemented in full, including the implementation of measures required by the traffic regulation order. The means of access shall be retained and available for use at all times thereafter.
