This will involve: Replacing the damaged gatepost (right side as viewed from the road) with an exact replica of the remaining gatepost, including the property name being carved into it. Widening the parking area by 1.5m Block pave the driveway (75 sq metres) at the height of the previous parking area (the planned paving colour is Tobermore Heather, with slate border and grey kerbstone) To re-fashion current front step with matching materials. Insertion of Aco drain at the front of the driveway, draining to a soak way on the property. Re-turfing/lawing the front garden area. Planting of hedge and shrubs along front wall and dividing fence. Replacement planting of 1 x 6-8ft birch, planted as a standard. To be planted in a similar location to the birch tree that was removed last year (in line with previous planning application reference DC/081838)
