Tree specified as T1 on the attached tree location plan. Very Large Beech tree located at the rear boundary of the property with a large canopy overhanging the neighbouring property at the end of Woodroyd Close. Allowance to undertake a crown reduction of up to 4m to bring the canopy into a natural spherical shape. Works will also allow to remove identified bows in close proximity to properties to ensure a suitable 2m clearance between the tree and property is provided. A crown lift of 3m from ground level will ensure access beneath the tree is clear and free to aid with future maintenance. Tree identified as T2 on the attached tree location plan. Large Beech tree located at the side of the property. Canopy noted to be overgrown and in close proximity to the 34 Carrwood Rd property roof coverings which is known to have caused issues with leaf and debris build up on the roof coverings and in rainwater goods. Allow to undertake a crown reduction of up to 3m, to bring the canopy into a natural spherical shape. Allowance included to reduce bows in close proximity to the property to ensure a suitable 2m clearance between the property and tree is provided. Trees specified as T3 & T4 on the attached tree location plan. Two medium sized Beech trees located at the front of the property adjacent to Carrwood Road. Both trees noted to be overgrown and would benefit from maintenance works to bring the trees into a neat and manageable condition. Allow to undertake a crown reduction of 20% (circa 1.5 ??? 2m) to both trees to bring each canopy into a neat and tidy spherical shape. Any extended low bows over the roadway and car park area will be removed to aid with access, a suitable 4m clearance will be provided from ground level.
