57 Priestnall Road Heaton Mersey Stockport SK4 3DL

The trees comprise mainly of Lyme trees, one horse chestnut and one Beech tree. These trees are all in the border that share a boundary adjoining with both Mersey Road and Priestnall Road. They are in a conservation Zone labeled G2 in the sketch map which is 57 priestnall Road please see attached as per correspondence from SMBC. It is my intention to remove any dead dying or dangerous branches from this group of trees. For the benefit of motorists, pedestrians and services I felt it may be prudent to highlight this. This application is for the reduction of lateral limbs to the beech tree to the left of the entrance as you look at the property. The intention is to give a three metre clearance from the neighbouring property. Removing only secondary branches. In addition to this, the tree located within the premises adjacent to the house at the end of the drive has been reduced in the past it is my recommendation that we carry out a full reduction to the height of the old cuts.
