Non Material Amendment application to amend approved Planning Application DM2020/00472 which allowed the 'Demolition of existing detached former rectory and erection of 3 two storey dwellings with provision of new vehicular and pedestrian access, car parking at front, detached cycle stores and associated landscaping' to allow the replacement of the approved Energy Statement (as stated in Conditions 1 & 7 of originally approved application) with a revised Energy Statement so that air source heat pumps can be included within the approved scheme.
