Enlargement of the existing mechanical plant compound, with the addition of bin store compound for units 3 & 5 and the renewal of the substation fencing. Repurposing of the compound located within the Bristol Street Car Park. New lighting and service routes within the through-access road. New cycle parking adjacent to unit 6 and upgrading of the existing substation. An additional door to the rear of unit 9, a new door and access ramp within the through service route to the rear of unit 11; and the installation of CCTV cameras.
