Amend condition 2 of 12/00466/FUL to allow the sale of convenience goods from Units 3 and 4. The proposal is to amend the wording of condition 2 to the following: "The maximum gross floor area shall not exceed 19,430 square metres. With the exception of Units 3 and 4, no more than 1,500 square metres shall be dedicated to the sale and display of convenience goods which term comprises food, alcoholic drink, tobacco, matches, soap and other cleaning materials."
