Outbuilding to the rear. The building would be used for me to work out of as a nail and beauty therapist and will comply with all regulations listed on the site. I have read through the considerations for use of a building for work / business from home and I am confident that there will be no issues relating to noise, smells etc. With regards to visitors and traffic, I have considered this. I will be working approximately 20 hours per week, the majority of which will be between 10am and 5pm with minimal weekend work. I intend to have one visitor at a time and where parking is required there is on street parking at the top of Tennyson Road where it meets Chappell Road and also on street parking is available on Chappell Road. Alternatively there is space on my drive.
