Significant rot in the base and right in between the 2 building, would cause significant damage if it failed in any direction - REMOVAL TO GROUND LEVEL T98 - Horse chestnut (marked as 126 on the tree for internal reference for The Grange) - There is significant stem decay, large cavity at old wounds on the west side, chicken of the woods fungas at 1 metres, this tree has been topped to compensate in the past but has regrown, there is a Fisk of failure to cars and people in the car park - REDUCE TO OLD CUTS (4 METRES FINAL HEIGHT) G1 - Lime - (marked as 116 on the tree for internal reference for The Grange) - There is significant deadwood in the canopy from 8m upwards, with significant dieback. There is a risk of failure onto cars. - REDUCE TO 8M AND SHAPE
