Request for an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Scoping Opinion for the proposed development of an Energy Recovery Facility for generating electricity for up to 29MW and exporting 25MW of electricity along with associated infrastructure including the erection of an 80m high chimney stack. The proposal would be sited on the northern half of Plot D from the Development Plots Parameter Plan to the outline planning application ref 18/01404/OUT for the Thames Enterprise Park.
