Details of conditions 2 (design and construction drawings, and method statement), 5 (construction environmental management plan), and 6 (biodiversity enhancement plan) pursuant to planning permission TM/20/01889/FLEA (Proposed flood mitigation improvements to facilitate the Leigh Flood Storage Area (FSA) expansion scheme.
