Non-material amendment to planning permission TM/21/02001/FL : (Erection of a new lakeside cafe and water sports building. Movement of two shipping containers on site that are to be clad to match the proposed building and the removal of a container currently used for WCs) - (1) to change the the standing seam aluminium roof, to a Sika-Trocal SGK standing seam roof. (2) The bound gravel surface behind the building to change to permeable tarmac to match the existing entrance which is already tarmac. (3) Timber decking to change to composite timber decking
