Application to vary conditions 1 and 2 on planning permission 98910/FUL/19 (The erection of a temporary outdoor giant observation wheel, on a rolling but not necessarily consecutive yearly basis, on land to the rear of the Trafford Centre (specifically the Management Suite Car Park) between October and January (inclusive). To extend period of operation to include whole of January with all structures, buildings and works being removed from the site by the 10th February.
