Paragon Phase 2 and 3 site is located to the north of Persimmon's Phase 1 development at Snowhill Wakefield. The site sits between Bradford Road to the west and the A650 to the east.
Non-material amendment to planning permission: 09/01248/REM. The amendment seeks to re-orientate Plots 521-523 and substitute the house-types of Plots 522 and 523 (from three-bedroom Delamere to two-bedroom Danbury). The changes are required to facilitate a revised attenuation tank.
