Non-material amendment to approved application 18/02613/S7303 dated 12.11.2021 (Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans), Condition 22 (Amend CIL Phasing Plan), Condition 24 (Noise mitigation on specific plots) and Condition 31 (Landscape details) of application Reference Number: 18/02613/S7302 dated 26.03.2021 (substitute housetypes on Phase 2 land with 77 affordable housing units by Wakefield District Housing Ltd) in order to allow for the substitution of house types and the delivery of 15 homes as part of phase 2A) to allow for a revised levels strategy within phase 2 at the site frontage to the River Calder with associated revisions to the proposed cycleway/footpath links (condition 2) and landscaping scheme (condition 31).
