SYCAMORE (T1) - We are applying to remove this tree due to its position. It appears that this tree is crowded by the two large neighbouring trees and hence grown outwards both over the wall towards the road and into the garden. Also upwards through the canopy of the neighbouring trees. There is a problem with lots of cross branches . Also there are fairly low branches to the highway and our garden which could cause a danger / problem. This seems to be getting worse year by year . Removal would allow the larger neighbouring trees to develop into a more natural and desirable shape. We are happy to replace this failed tree with a smaller decorative tree.
