Approval of details reserved by condition 5 (details of stable and durable surface materials within 5 within 5 metres from the boundary of the site where it meets the public highway) of planning permission reference NW/23/00155/FUL. I propose to use natural granite setts (100 x 100 mm) which I believe will provide a stable and durable standing and will be installed to ensure surface water is directed away from the highway and retained within the footprint of my property in accordance with the approved plans. In addition, I believe the proposed material will be in keeping with the rural village setting on Mears Ashby Road whilst matching other properties in Wilby Village and further will provide a high-quality long-lasting material suitable for the required vehicular usage.
