Condition 10: A Construction method statement is to be completed, submitted an agreed with the local authority. Condition 11: Details of traffic safety bollards to be submitted and agreed wit he local authority. Condition 12: The Tree protection measures set out in the tree report are to be undertaken and signed off by the Local Authority. Condition 13: Specification of any roadway within the identified tree root protection areas are to be designed and agreed with the local authority.
