Reason(s): Huge tree approx. 100ft; Blocks lighting to my house and surrounding houses; Pine needles and Pine cones contantly falling; Soil in surrounding garden - unable to plant or grow vegetation; Surrounding walls of garden and house become impacted by roots; Poses health risk for my family; My child suffers from extreme excema and dry skin; Branches are always falling from the tree onto my neighbors house; Future works in jeopardy for example building and outhouse; Recently parts of the tree have fallen with high winds :- 28/12/20; Causing cost to me and posing a health and safety risk danger to my neighbors and our family; A crack has appeared in the main trunk of the tree. (Work proposal confirmed on site with applicant on 11/01/21)
