Crown lift to by the removal of secondary branches to provide no more than 54.75 metres clearance above ground level, and remove lowest secondary branch extending towards Redhouse Road (if not already removed by general crown lift) and pruning of branches away from roof line of both properties to give at least 2 metre clearance. Reason(s): to keep the tree in a manageable size and keep the tree away from buildings as is currently touching both houses. N.B. amended works specification agreed on site with agent on 7th September 2022.
