Proposed development works to three existing blocks of flats. The proposals include new External Wall Insulation (EWI), new balconies, new windows and external doors, refurbishment of the communal areas, new car parking, demolition of the existing balconies and construction of new ones, new sprinklers and a new sprinkler tank house, demolition of the existing entrances and construction of new entrance lobbies, the extension of the roof parapets, a new district heating system and energy centre, upgrade of the smoke ventilation system and building fire safety, replacement of the core services (power/ cold water), new SUDs and associated landscaping works.
