Within 6 months of occupation of the Preston Barracks Student Blocks 6-8, a BREEAM Building Research Establishment issued Post Construction Review Certificate shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority to confirm that these blocks have achieved a minimum BREEAM New Construction rating of 'Very Good' with best endeavours subsequently undertaken to seek to achieve the BREEAM New Construction rating of 'excellent'.
