Amendment to planning application ref: 20/01293/FULL1:- Due to the Building Regulation requirement for escape from the basement and separation of residential use from A4 use for escape purposes, it is therefore proposed to have a dedicated entrance to the front elevation at ground floor for basement stair access. The new door will be detailed with mouldings to match the existing therefore tying in with the appearance of the elevation detailing. Drawings of the ground floor plan (1231.10.12(E) and front elevation (1231.30.11(C) have been revised from the approved drawings under application DC/20/01293/FULL1 for consideration.

Non-material amendment to Phase C2: Care Home for removal of guarding/ balustrade to some windows, new corridor windows in courtyard and east elevation, handing of and new windows/doors for planning permission granted under ref 18/00443/FULL1 for the redevelopment of the site to provide 280 residential units (Use Class C3), a Use Class C2 care home for the frail elderly, retention of the sports pavilion, retention of the spine road, provision of open space and associated works.

Non-material amendment to house types shown for Plots 1 - 5 inclusive and associated alterations to the frontage layout for these plots for planning permission granted under ref 18/00443/FULL1 for the redevelopment of the site to provide 280 residential units (Use Class C3), a Use Class C2 care home for the frail elderly, retention of the sports pavilion, retention of the spine road, provision of open space and associated works.
