Amendment to planning application ref: 20/01293/FULL1:- Due to the Building Regulation requirement for escape from the basement and separation of residential use from A4 use for escape purposes, it is therefore proposed to have a dedicated entrance to the front elevation at ground floor for basement stair access. The new door will be detailed with mouldings to match the existing therefore tying in with the appearance of the elevation detailing. Drawings of the ground floor plan (1231.10.12(E) and front elevation (1231.30.11(C) have been revised from the approved drawings under application DC/20/01293/FULL1 for consideration.
