Amendments to planning permission dated 20/07/2022 reference PL/2022/01064/MINFHO for: First floor extension to form bedrooms, bathrooms and sitting room plus terrace with views to Dorridge Park. Removal of existing conservatory with new single storey extensions to rear. Namely : For 1 No window removed from bedroom gable wall (Clear Glazed, 1.125m FFL - cill, 3.0m FFL - head), 1 No. window to landing gable wall repositioned, and height adjusted from 1.125m FFL - cill and 3.0m FFL - head to 1.875m FFL - cill and 3.225m FFL - head, window remains clear glazed as approved and is still situated behind first floor sitting room roof and is not visible from the side boundary.

Non-material amendment to replace pitched roof to ground floor rear extension with flat roof following planning approval PL/2022/02384/MINFHO.

Non-material amendment to amend the roof light locations on the proposed extension following planning approval PL/2022/00407/MINFHO.

Amendments to planning permission dated 16/11/2022 reference PL/2022/01735/MINFHO for: Single storey front/side extension and first floor side extension. Namely to reduce the size of entrance area in the ground floor front elevation with associated minor alteration to roof detail above.

Amendments to planning permission dated 27/01/2022 reference PL/2021/02243/MINFHO for a single storey side and front extension, single storey porch extension, addition of roof light into side elevation of existing roof and relocation of side access gate and fence. Namely: To change proposed roof lantern to rear to a flat rooflight and addition of roof light to front porch.

Non-material amendment building elevation on planning approval PL/2020/01861/PPFL - Extension to the existing building, erection of a cycle store pavilion and reconfiguration of existing car park area to provide additional parking spaces. Additional and amended tall windows on side elevation - At first floor level all obscured and ground floor clear. 4. Main kitchen doors and window to be combined to form one larger bifolding; 5.
