Non-material amendment for formation of a parapet wall in place of a fascia board to the side flat roof and rendering the original brick wall of the garage, render to match remainder of the house following planning approval PL/2021/01562/MINFHO.

Amendments to planning permission dated 27/01/2021, reference PL/2020/02831/MINFHO for: Single storey front extension and two storey rear and side extension. Render to front and rear elevations. Namely: 1. Narrowing the front garage by 100mm - Roof also is reduced by 100mm from the front elevation; 2. Removal of 1 No. kitchen window; 3. Additional and amended tall windows on side elevation - At first floor level all obscured and ground floor clear. 4. Main kitchen doors and window to be combined to form one larger bifolding; 5. Front door to add side glazing and removal of window above door (slightly taller garage and front door by about 150mm).
