Non-material amendment to condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission reference NW/21/00734/FUL to replace approved drawing reference AD-21 A with drawing reference AD-21 B as the facing materials to dormer and below the ground floor front window will be grey fibre cement board cladding

Non-material amendment to planning permission reference WP/19/00342/FUL for a single first floor window to the rear of plot 1 replaced by double window. Raised wall plate of plots 2 and 3 and insertion of standard windows in lieu of the approved gable dormer and rooflights. The ridge height for plots 2 and 3 would not be altered but the pitch would be shallower and changed from 45 degrees to 37 degrees pitch. Sidelights would be added to plots 2 and 3. Stone porches would be added to the houses in lieu of the approved canopies. No changes to the internal configuration of the approved houses and/or site/layout plans
