Non Material Amendment to Planning Permission 08/12363/FUL (Redevelopment of site to provide two, four to six storey buildings connected by a glass walkway comprising 2 x A1/A2/A3 (retail/financial & professional units/restaurants & cafes) units at ground floor, 129 student rooms on first to fifth floors and amenity space; and enlarged loading bay), to vary the wording of Condition 14 (Secured Cycle Parking Store) to state: The development is required to provide a secure cycle store containing a minimum of 32 cycle spaces in perpetuity as shown on the Bike Store Floor Plan by Sterling Temple. Cycle parking is to be surveyed on an annual basis. If findings show that more cycle parking is needed, then additional spaces must be provided to meet demand to a maximum of 68 cycle spaces.
