Non-Material Amendment to 22/501295/FULL: New roof design and additional window to porch.

Non-Material Amendment to Application 20/503091/FULL: Slight enlargement of floor area of first floor extension, reducing width of existing retained catslde roof. Reduction of number of door openings and repositioning of new first floor windows on right side elevation. Amendment of blocked-up window openings to left side elevation. Reduction in size of new window on rear elevation in first floor extension. Glazed screen to front elevation in home office changed to traditional window and low level brick infill. New Velux roof lights to loft space.

Non-Material Amendment to Application 18/500728/FULL: To erect a single storey side extension in place of approved two storey side extension. Footings/footprint dimensions to remain the same. New mono pitched vaulted roof along length of existing building with hips at front and back. Two velux skylight windows. Tiles to be similar in style/colour of existing building. Small flat roof (approx. 2500 x 3000mm) at rear of extension where proposed kitchen extends beyond rear building line. Replace proposed rear extension french doors with large window, door to side of extension as shown in option two of approved application.

Non Material Amendment - Minor change to finished floor level (100mm higher than previously approved scheme) to accord with latest EA advice. Minor increase to width of rear facing dormer window. Additional roof light added to rear elevation. Resiting of garage bringing it 9m closer to new dwelling. minor change to garage door subject to 19/506428/FULL.

Non Material Amendment - The original drawings showed French doors to the rear of the property. We have altered the design by installing 4m bi-folds doors. We have replaced the rear 1st floor bedroom window with French doors. We have also sloped the rear 1st floor flat roof with roof lantern from left to right removing the guttering that run along the rear of the property and installed a small parapet wall. Due to the regulations of having 150mm overlap of the roof finish means that there is a 150mm increase in the elevation of the rear extension but only to the very rear of the property. The side that is closest to number 12 is the original roof height according to the plans and structural engineers calculations subject to 20/503194/FULL.
