Following on site removal of part of the existing retaining wall at the rear and placing a Gabion wall construction, this allowed more flexibility of adjusting the shape of the proposed extension to contribute for more defined lines for the walls and more practical way to construct the proposed roof. As there is a change of the shape the proposal the over all area stays within the limits of what has been approved.
