Change garage construction from brick and flint walls to timber frame, tile hung to match existing house. one metre high garden walls, non structural, in brick and flint to match existing house are proposed to the South and East elevations. The garage is reduced in size from 9.4m x 7.2m to 8.72m x 5.05m with the longer elevation facing the house. A small garden room and boot room is provided at the North side of the garage, there is a 1m overhang to the roof giving a sheltered seating area facing North towards the fields.

Non material amendment to DM/15/4711 for the addition of a new temporary condition to extend the working hours for construction activities on site from 0600 to 2100 (Monday to Saturday) to 13 May 2021.
