To establish whether the following amendments in relation to Plot 1, being the increase in proposed front and rear dormer height to increase the headroom in the bedrooms and bathroom, increase in proposed front central gable roof projection height to increase headroom within the bathroom, inclusion of larger obscured glazed roof windows at the rear of bedroom 4 and the master bedroom to improve natural light, the addition of obscured glazed roof windows to the rear of bedrooms 2 and 4 to improve natural light and a correction to the proposed site plan to show correct position of the front of the garage, can be considered as non-material amendments to granted consent 22/01624/FULL.
