Non material amendment of planning permission 21/05479/HFUL (Loft conversion consisting of dormer to rear and alterations to existing roof. New outbuilding in rear garden to replace existing shed) 1. Additional rooflight to front elevation, 2. Change proportion of West Facing bathroom window from vertical to landscape (high level) and 3. Change cladding material of new dormer from standing seam zinc to Hardie plank VL cementitious cladding boards, horizontal, cedar texture, light mist (grey) colour.

Non-material amendment on application 12/0684/FUL for substituting Sarnafil on the side wall of the loft conversion and cheeks of the dormer (as per drawings attached) with already approved by the Conservation Officer SIGA 39 natural slates by SIG Roofing to avoid introducing another material to the development and allow constructing cross ventilation for the flat roof. Fitting additional roof light to the back of the loft bedroom (as per drawings attached) to allow more natural light in.
