Provision of basement car parking and landscaped courtyards; Namely, the introduction of a winter garden at ninth floor; amending existing double glazed semi-circular windows to Crittall double glazed; the addition of decorative grilles in north core; additional lights; new double glazed Crittall doors to third floor Juliet balconies; minor amendments to layouts; removal of rooflght to south core and new balustrades to north core balustrades and sixth floor colonnade, alterations at roof level and other external changes.

Amendments to planning permission dated 3rd July 2020 (RN:19/04487/FULL) for Demolition of existing buildings and structures and construction of a new mixed-use development comprising hotel and associated facilities (Class C1), flexible workspace (Class B1a / B1c), retail and food and beverage (Class A1 / A3), events space (Sui Generis) and a replacement street cleaning depot (Sui Generis) with associated new public realm and highways improvements. (site includes Taxi House, Waterside House and Westminster Street Sweepers Depot). NAMELY, to amend the wording of condition 34B, (Relating to 90 days length of stay).

Amendments to planning permission dated 12 March 2020 (RN: 18/10917) for Construction of a ground floor plus part four, six and seven storey building (Building 7b/7c) with new basement fronting Allington Street, Bressenden Place and Victoria Street for use as offices (Class B1), flexible retail (Class A1/A2/B1), flexible office/library (Class B1/D1) and flexible retail/library/office (Class A1/A2/B1/D1) and associated works, hard landscaping, highway, utilities and ancillary works with servicing from Bressenden Place. Reinstating elements of the retained facade and interiors of Sutton House (previously at 156-158 Victoria Street). The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement (ES) which may be viewed with the application documents.
