Amendments to planning permission dated 28th July 2020 (RN:19/07659/COFUL) for Development of existing western car park for the erection of a five storey block providing nineteen Class C3 residential units, demolition of existing storage sheds to west of site to provide four three storey Class C3 dwellings, amenity space, refuse storage, cycle parking, and estate works including the realignment of Droop Street; reconfiguration of the existing central car park, and erection of a replacement boundary wall to the existing nursery. Amendments to planning permission dated 23 October 2020 (RN:19/09638/FULL) for demolition of existing community centre (Use Class D1) and nursery (Use Class D1) buildings and associated structures and replacement with three blocks (Blocks A, B and C) to create residential dwellings (Use Class C3), office floorspace (Use Class B1), cafe (Use Class A1), replacement community space (Use Class D1) and replacement nursery (Use Class D1). Landscaping and public realm alterations (including to the base of Wilmcote House); provision of car parking and cycle parking, refuse storage; provision of new boundary treatment; alterations to services; plant and associated works. Namely, decentralised water source heat pumps (WSHPs) will be located in each apartment and connected to the ambient loop.

Amendments to planning permission dated 30 September 2019 (19/04631/FULL) for Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) and 9 of planning permission dated 21 November 2017 (RN: 17/07627/FULL) for the: Demolition of existing building and redevelopment to provide a new building comprising lower ground floor, mezzanine, upper ground floor and first to eight floor levels for use as hotel (Class C1) with ancillary Bar/Restaurant, external landscaping and associated works. Namely, to allow maintenance access to the terrace; an additional two metres of excavation at basement level, the extension at basement and ground floor level out to the rear boundary with the alms house, increased plant screen height by 0.6 metres, the introduction of a maintenance doors to the front and rear at the 8th floor, the removal of coloured window reveals, alterations to the rear lightwell, removal of skylight and bench to the front forecourt, the addition of two security bollards at front boundary of the site. NAMELY to allow the installation of 3 additional illuminated bollards to front forecourt.

Amendments to planning permission dated 4 November 2019 (RN: 19/06619/COFUL) for alterations to Luxborough Tower Gardens with new planting, hard and soft landscaping including reconfiguration of existing car park, and realignment of existing southern walkway. Erection of new railings, gates and entrance canopy along the Luxborough Street boundary and new entrance canopy to Luxborough Tower. Namely, to allow retention of existing car park layout and introduction of greening on the northern side; omission of ground floor works to the rear (north side) of Luxborough Tower and entrance aedicule

Amendments to planning permission dated 8th October 2020 (RN:20/02713/FULL) for Erection of single storey porters lodge; installation of new boundary railings and gates; landscaping works; and associated alterations to entrances of main buildings namely, reduction in porter's lodge size and alteration to pedestrian and vehicles gates and other associated alterations.

Amendments to planning permission dated 8 October 2020 (RN: 20/02713/FULL) for the: Erection of single storey porters lodge; installation of new boundary railings and gates; landscaping works; and associated alterations to entrances of main buildings. Namely, replacement of two external platform lifts to front entrances of main building with two access ramps with railings, planters and associated works; and installation of access ramp to porters lodge.
