Alterations to front entrances and replacement of existing shopfront. Alterations to rear elevation including fenestration and at roof level in connection with use of the upper floors as three self-contained C3 residential units each with private external amenity areas including a roof terrace together with associated plant and landscaping (site includes 77 Marylebone Lane). Namely, internal alterations.

Amendments to planning permission dated 8 August 2018 (RN:18/03076/FULL) for the: Excavation to extend the lower ground floor and increase floor-to-ceiling height, demolition of existing conservatory and erection of extension to side elevation, and erection of infill extension to rear elevation at lower ground floor level all to enlarge dwellinghouse (Class C3). Alterations to rear elevation including infilling existing window and creation of 3no. new windows at second, third and fourth floor level. Removal of existing tree to front boundary. Installation of mechanical plant to fourth floor roof terrace, all in connection with the existing single family dwelling (Class C3). NAMELY, to allow increasing the height of the three new front ground floor windows of the new extension car park side of the house and to the ground floor level window, configuration to the rear elevation and retention of existing brickwork.

Amendments to planning permission dated 09 July 2018 (RN:18/02178/FULL) for the: Erection of extension at lower-ground floor level with terrace above, two storey closet wing extension at ground and first floor levels and infill extension at ground floor level to rear; Excavation to lower front vaults, front lightwell, lower-ground floor and part of rear garden; External alterations, including changes to fenestration. Namely, to allow alterations to rear extension door at lower ground floor level and change colour of ground floor rear conservatory door to slate grey.

Amendments to planning permission dated 5 April 2019 (RN: 18/09690/FULL) for demolition of existing glazed conservatory and construction of a new sunroom at rear ground floor level, lowering of the existing lower ground floor level, extension of existing closet wing at second floor level, installation of two skylights and landscaping of rear garden, NAMELY, alteration to the roof light configuration including the reduction in size of one, change of shape of the other and glazing of existing roof access hatch.

Amendments to planning permission dated 13 September 2019 (RN: 19/05859/FULL) for the: Replacement of the existing conservatory at lower ground floor with a single-storey rear extension. Alterations to windows and installation of rooflights. NAMELY, to retain the existing Juliet balcony with a new balustrade at first floor level, alterations to slope of external boundary wall, reduction in size of one rooflight at the side infill and retention of a window as opposed to converted to doorway.
