Amendments to planning permission dated 27 March 2019 (RN: 17/02394/FULL) for 'alterations and extensions, including demolition and reconstruction of rear extensions, excavation of basement floor, removal of tree, alterations to front boundary wall, installation of mechanical plant, erection of cupola at roof level, use of part of garden to rear of No.8 Ordnance Hill, and internal works to all floor levels in connection with the use of the building as five residential apartments (2x3 bed, 2x2 bed, and 1x1 bed flats)'; namely, minor repositioning of roof lights, one additional roof light in the north east roof pitch, and minor changes to the dimensions of the roof lights, minor changes to the roof terrace and vent pipes.

Namely, the omission of swimming pool from lower ground floor, with space being used as a games room and living area, resulting in reduction in overall basement excavation; reduction in the amount of excavation towards the front of the building, meaning that the front wall of the chapel would no longer need to be underpinned; Alterations to the internal layout of accomodation, including omission of duplex flat layout with internal staircase and instead arranging the accommodation as self contained flats on each floor.

Amendments to planning permission dated 8 August 2018 (RN:18/03076/FULL) for the: Excavation to extend the lower ground floor and increase floor-to-ceiling height, demolition of existing conservatory and erection of extension to side elevation, and erection of infill extension to rear elevation at lower ground floor level all to enlarge dwellinghouse (Class C3). Alterations to rear elevation including infilling existing window and creation of 3no. new windows at second, third and fourth floor level. Removal of existing tree to front boundary. Installation of mechanical plant to fourth floor roof terrace, all in connection with the existing single family dwelling (Class C3). NAMELY, to allow increasing the height of the three new front ground floor windows of the new extension car park side of the house and to the ground floor level window, configuration to the rear elevation and retention of existing brickwork.

Amendments to planning permission granted on appeal dated 25 October (RN: 14/07277/FULL and Appeal Ref: APP/X5990/D/15/3009550). Namely, to amend the approved description of development to 'Re-positioning of the vehicle crossover (including rearrangement of parking bays such that there is no net loss of on street parking); lowering of the existing ground floor slab and side extension towards the boundary wall with Townshend Road; changes to the fenestration of the north west and south east elevations; infill extension at lower ground floor to the boundary with 28 Acacia Road; removal of three lime trees and replacement with suitable specimens; 300mm extension at lower ground floor to the rear of the property; and excavation to provide new two -level basement structure as previously consented by application 12/01382/FULL.
