Amendments to planning permission dated 08 August 2017 (RN: 16/12291/FULL) which in itself varied Condition 1 of planning permission dated 2 April 2015 (RN: 14/08070/FULL) for Demolition of existing Barracks buildings (except for the listed Riding School) and redevelopment for residential use (Class C3) to provide a total of 171 units including 59 affordable units . Use of the listed Riding School as private ancillary leisure facility with internal and external alterations. Provision of Class A1/A3 retail units and Class D1 at ground level at 1 - 7 Queen's Terrace, redevelopment behind the retained front facade and the erection of a mansard roof extension ,creation of landscaped areas and reconfigured vehicular and pedestrian access together with associated works including the provision of parking, circulation space, servicing and plant area and use of the listed Riding School as a private ancillary leisure facility, associated internal and external alterations, new side extension and the excavation of a lower ground floor beneath the Riding School. NAMELY, a reduction in basement extent, shifting the footprint of the LG02 basement level, reduction in size of LG01 basement level, amendments to the general arrangement plan for LG0 basement level; reduction at LG0 at the southern piling along Block 1 and 4a; introduction of a phased approach to demolition/construction; minor apartment layout changes; division of Block 6 boiler flue and facade changes to Block 9 .

Amendments to planning permission dated 8 October 2019 (RN: 19/06149) for: External alterations to the St James's Square and Pall Mall facades, including alterations to windows and entrances, new entrance from Pall Mall and cleaning of brickwork; erection of roof extension to incorporate lift overrun, roof access, concealed open plant area and new plant; and dual/alternative use of part of the ground and basement levels as either office (Class B1) or retail (Class A1); and associated works. Namely, amendments to entrances and doors on the St James's Square and Pall Mall elevations; changes to the lower ground floor layout; alteration to the level 5 facade (to Pall Mall) moving 50mm south towards Pall Mall; alteration to the construction of the mansard roof moving 240mm south toward Pall Mall; the introduction of a short boundary wall to St James's Square; changes to the design of the railings; amendments to the quantum and height of the stall risers, amendments to the stone bands on the facade; and variation to the wording of conditions 12 and 13 requiring the works to be carried out in accordance with the detailed drawings of the new windows, doors and eastern party wall upstand.
