Amendments to planning permission dated 07th April 2021 (RN:21/00366/FULL) for Removal of condition 12 of planning permission dated 01 May 2020 (RN: 20/01459) which itself varied condition 1 of planning permission dated 12 February 2013 (RN: 12/12483)for the: internal and external alterations (comprising new windows at roof level, lift overrun green roof skylight, removal of lightwell insertion of new doors at lower ground floor level and creation of roof terrace at rear ground floor level) in connection with the conversion of the existing building from office and residential flats into a single family dwelling to vary the approved drawing numbers to allow the introduction of an additional roof light to the north east of the roof, a replacement walk on roof light to the west of the roof and an extension to the lift overrun box, set into the existing area of flat roof and plant access. Namely, the lift over run box is to be in toughened clear glass.

Amendments to planning permission dated 21 May 2020 (RN: 19/05711/FULL) for the: Demolition and redevelopment of the existing Porters Lodge to provide a replacement single dwelling (Use Class C3); erection of extension to the rear of Kings Court; facade alterations, including provision of balconies at ground and first floor level to the front elevation of Kings Court, restoration of the existing brickwork and addition of limestone cladding, upgrades to the fenestration; landscaping of the site; provision of terraces to the rear and side of Kings Court. Namely, to allow changes to extension of flat 3, alterations to rooflights above flat 2, and changes to window sizes/location in Apartment 3.

Amendments to planning permission dated 08 October 2019 (RN: 19/00260/FULL) for the: Erection of a mansard roof extension, erection of an infill extension to the northern elevation at second floor level, erection of an infill extension to the rear courtyard with associated alterations to rear wall, and excavation to enlarge the single storey basement, to provide 5 flats (Class C3) and a single family dwellinghouse in rear courtyard and continued use as a public house (Class A4) on part of ground and basement floors. Formation of refuse and cycle parking stores at ground level namely, to allow alteration to the mansard roof.
