Amendments to planning permission dated 21 June 2023 (RN: 23/02625/FULL) for 'Erection of a mansard roof extension to existing house and alterations to front and rear elevations'. Namley, to remove, refurbish and reuse the existing window at ground floor level (WG2.1); to preserve and restore the existing garage doors (DG5.1); to re-use and refurbish the existing hopper and install a new downpipe; replacement of two rooflights with one smaller rooflight at roof level; and internal alterations.

Amendments to planning permission dated 20th March 2021 (RN 20/01550/FULL) for the excavation of a basement beneath the footprint of the original dwelling. Erection of additional mansard roof storey with dormer windows. Alterations to elevation to provide new windows. Merging the two existing flats into a single dwelling house. NAMELY, to change the garage doors. Glass panel replaced by a louvered panel as required by ventilation strategy.

Amendments to planning permission dated 27 February 2023 (RN: 22/08556/FULL) for erection of a single storey rear extension with roof lights and rear facing doors; changing front garage to kitchen and replacing garage door with new double glazed timber sash window to the front; new electric car charger to the front; and new double glazed windows, namely, change of the front windows finish from timber to uPVC.

Amendments to planning permission dated 07 October 2021 (ref. 21/03191/FULL) for Erection of mansard roof with rooflights and photovoltaics over; provision of roof terrace at new second floor level; opening up blind windows at second floor level; replacement garage doors; new entrance door location; replacement windows with slimline double glazing; installation of air condenser unit enclosed within an acoustic louvred panel at roof level, namely to change roof design to a single pitched, asphalt finished roof, sloping in a single direction to the rear parapet wall.

Amendments to planning permission dated 13th August 2021 (RN: 21/04242/FULL) for demolition of existing ground floor rear extension and erection of extension at ground floor level and first floor level; construction of a terrace at first floor level above ground floor extension; construction of a ground floor extension to front elevation (replacing a garage); and second floor roof extension. Namely, to replace the arched window opening to the porch on the front elevation of the new single storey extension with a door.

Amendments to planning permission dated 23 October 2020 (RN 20/04320/FULL) for alterations to external elevations including new window within coach door opening and reconfiguration of front door and opening, erection of rear extension at first floor, creation of a rear ground floor courtyard and change part of garage space into habitable space, all in association with dwellinghouse (Class C3). NAMELY, replace the dilapidated bituminous felt roof on the top section of the mansard roof with a lead roll roof covering. Replace the slate finish on the rear mansard roof with a lead roll roof covering an additional small rooflight over the stairwell on the flat section of the mansard roof.

Amendments to planning permission dated 8th December 2020 (RN 20/03395/FULL) for the erection of roof extension, erection of replacement rear extension and replacement of the garage door. NAMELY, amendment to position of small window in the dormer; change to narrow panel to the right of the ground floor sliding glass door from opaque glass to dark stained softwood boards; and the three rear elevation first floor windows will be lowered by three brick courses.
