Non-material amendment following grant of planning permission DA/19/00575/FUL in respect of wording of condition 17 from No part of the development hereby approved shall be occupied until evidence has been submitted to the Local Planning Authority confirming that the Building Regulations: Part M4(2) Wheelchair Adaptable Dwellings to flat 1 building 1 as shown on the floor plans hereby approved have been implemented and signed off under Building Regulations 2015 (or any subsequent amendments). To Flat 1 building 1 shall not be occupied until evidence has been submitted to the Local Planning Authority confirming that the Building Regulations: Part M4(2) Wheelchair Adaptable Dwellings to flat 1 building 1 as shown on the floor plans hereby approved have been implemented and signed off under Building Regulations 2015 (or any subsequent amendments).
