Non material amendment pursuant to 13/00066/FUL- Conversion/redevelopment of existing agricultural buildings into 2 dwellings; 14/00648/FUL - Demolition of existing barn B and erection of replacement building to form 1 no dwelling; 14/01336/FUL - Conversion of existing barn to form 1 no. dwelling; 20/00672/LDE - Certificate required to confirm the lawful implementation of planning consents relating to the conversion and redevelopment of Barns A, B and C at Rectory Farm. The amendments include some minor changes to the internal layout and as a result some additional windows are added which are shown in RED on the application drawings.
