Non Material Amendment of DC/20/1517/FUL - Erection of a first floor side extension and single storey rear extension - change the external cladding material for the walls of both extensions from cream painted render to match the existing dwelling to the following: - a.) External walls of the proposed extensions to be finished with "Cladco" fibrecement wall cladding boards - colour = slate. b.) Existing render finish walls of the existing dwelling to be painted in "Sandtex Masonry Paint" - colour = "Plymouth Grey".

Non Material Amendment of DC/21/0715/FUL - Erection of two storey room in roof rear extension. Replacement of cart lodge with annex cart lodge. (Resubmission relating to extant approved application DC/20/3897/FUL to propose minor amendments to cartlodge structure). - We wish to commence construction and identified that an LV Cables which supplies electricity to my neighbour (goldsmiths barn) goes through the garage. In order to resolve the clash we would like to slightly move the cart lodge back by 3-4m.

Removal of Bay window from previous planning application from ground floor lounge. Reinstatement of porch canopy in similar style to original over front door. Decrease depth of existing lounge window by 400mm.

Non Material Amendment on C/04/2009 - Erection of one & a half storey side & rear extensions (re-submission of C04/1225) - Roof tiles to existing house and rear extension, change tiles to Sandtoft Rivus due to lack of availability of plain tiles (brown).
