Changing one rear window to full length doors with a Juliet balcony pursuant to 21/02098/HOU Erection of a front porch, part two storey part first floor side extension, link attached garage following demolition of the existing detached garage, first floor rear extension, replacement of ground floor rear double doors with window, ground floor rear window with bi-fold doors, first floor rear window with Juliet balcony, erection of timber trellis on existing boundary fences, installation of new gates and extension of driveway.

Amendment to change the (10) Proposed Street Elevation (1-50) diagram to reflect the use of "Bradstone aggregate" in all boundary walls.
