Non-Material Amendment to Planning Permission ref: 21/00068/FUL (Change of use of first floor from Class E (offices) to Class C3 (dwellings) together with the erection of extensions and alterations to provide 3no. 1 bed and 3no. 2 bed self-contained flats) dated 14/05/2021. Amendment to consist of change of wording within Condition 3 to state: "Prior to the commencement of any development, excluding works of demolition and site preparation, details of the facing materials to be utilised in the development to which this permission relates shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority.
