Non-Material Amendment to Planning Permission ref: 17/12114/FUL (Demolition of existing retail building and dwellings and erection of a part three-part four storey building to provide 5 x 2 bedroom apartments and 26 serviced apartments with rear parking) dated 29/01/2019. Amendments to consist of an increase in height (260mm) of the eaves level on the Coombe Road elevation to accommodate a 2500mm clear internal ceiling height, the inclusion of a hidden gutter detail within the eaves, green wall has been added to the East elevation (as required in Condition 33 of the planning permission) and general aesthetic changes and improvements to the elevational design
