Non-material amendment for planning permission PL/2020/02792/PPFL dated 16th August 2021 for replacement facilities at the WGAA; amendments to fenestration style and location, internal layout alterations, increase in vent size/location on western elevation, centralised main entrance.

Amendments to planning permission dated 02/11/2021 reference PL/2021/01756/MINFHO for a rear extension together with forward extension and porch and roof alterations. Namely: To change the front lounge window from 2 No. windows to 1 No. window, amend the materials of the single storey rear extension and amend size and location of the 2 No. rear dormer windows.

Namely: The addition of 1 No. new small window to guest bedroom, window to 2nd bedroom to be reduced in size, and amount of glazing to front elevation also reduced.

Non-material amendment for the installation of dormer window to front and alteration to roof design to rear two storey following planning approval PL/2020/01392/PPFL.

Non-material amendment for planning permission PL/2020/01349/COU dated 15th September 2020 for change of use and alterations to create 4 x 2 bedroom houses with associated parking: changes to approved materials for the front dormer windows, side gables and replacement windows.
