Amendments to planning permission dated 11/02/2022 reference PL/2021/03260/MINFHO for: First floor side extension and garage conversion including amendments to fenestration, external & internal alterations to existing dwelling & associated landscaping. Namely to change to front elevation to align approval to include hallway extension and amendments to cladding location.

Amendments to planning permission dated 28/02/2022 reference PL/2021/02489/MINFHO for: Alterations and extension to roof (Hip to gable extension with front and rear dormers to form additional bedroom and bathroom), single storey rear extension (new bedroom with en suite, enlarge kitchen and lounge) and convert garage into utility room. Namely: To increase the width and depth of the rear dormer to form a 2nd rear gable.

Amendments to planning permission dated 19/08/2022 reference PL/2022/01222/MINFHO for: First floor side extension over existing garage and internal alterations to include part garage conversion. Namely to use white render to some upper parts of the scheme and retain garage door as existing and not carry out the partial garage conversion.

Amendments to planning permission 17 May 2018 (PL/2018/00803/MINFHO) for: Two storey side/front and rear extension above existing garage with internal alterations, plus ground floor rear flat room extension to form quiet room. Namely: Infill underneath first floor bathroom extension, straighten out side of study/playroom flush with the side of property and omission of quiet room.
