Non-material amendment to DC/060928 comprising alterations to the detailed design of the new school building including amendments to the number, clerestory form and location of rooflights; minor reduction in canopy width to certain roof areas; detailed design of the size and location of roof plant; reduction of building height to parapets of pool and hall blocks by 600mm; minor internal floor layout changes to shared services block; minor elevation amendments to positioning of windows, doors, curtain walling, and louvres as a result of internal layout changes; and replacement of timber cladding on west/ east elevations for an opaque aluminium coated panel.

Non material amendment to planning permission DC071303, comprising the following: i) Substitution of the proposed dormer with additional roof lights as shown on the plan; ii) addition of roof light to shared access stair to meet building regulations requirements for smoke ventilation; and iii) resultant change of development description to: Alterations to the elevations including insertion of rooflights and sun tubes and change of use of the Lowry Buildings Harvey Street and parts of 15 Lower Hillgate to form 4 no. self contained flats; retention of the A3 unit and installation of a flue.
